Brad Remillard Bio As an executive recruiter for more than 20 years, Brad Remillard assists companies attract, hire and retain top talent. He has conducted over 10,000 interviews and has been directly involved in over 1,500 executive searches. He has conducted nationwide searches for Fortune 500 companies to small privately help companies. Remillard’s search expertise includes general management (CEO, COO GM), sales/marketing, manufacturing/operations, accounting/finance, human resources and IS/IT. He speaks nationally over 50 times a year to CEOs and key executives on hiring best practices.

In 1999 Brad co-founded the American Association of Senior Executives (AASE), one of Southern California’s largest career management and business resource organizations exclusively dedicated to VP and C-level executives of all functions and industries. The AASE has assisted more than 1,500 corporate executives manage all aspects of their careers. Brad has personally coached many of these executives on success based interviewing, 21st century networking techniques, career transition and is a frequent speaker on the subject of career management and executive networking.

In 2004, Remillard co-founded IMPACT Hiring Solutions, a firm focused on executive search and best practices in hiring workshops. IMPACT Hiring Solutions has assisted and coached hundreds of CEOs, key executives, managers and other executive recruiters learn how to increase their hiring accuracy and build high performing teams.

In-house workshops are based on a proprietary and trademarked hiring process called the Success Factor Methodology™. This hands-on program provides the proven tools needed for any CEO or key executive to separate the best performers from the best interviewers, sourcing those hard-to-find candidates, specific questions designed to identify leadership characteristics and a standardized assessment matrix. These workshops are the basis for a book released in 2005, titled You’re NOT the Person I Hired! A CEO’s Survival Guide to Hiring Top Talent.

Prior to starting IMPACT Hiring Solutions, Remillard served as president of CJA Executive Search, which was recognized among the top retained search firms in Southern California.

Remillard is a CPA and holds a BA degree from Cal State Fullerton.
