An accomplished leader with over 25 years' experience in technology and business operations, Brad develops and implements nSource solutions for our legal, retail and professional service clients. A former law firm COO and CIO, he possesses a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities facing the legal services market. A 7 year US Navy veteran, Brad served in a variety of engineering and operational roles at sea and shore before leaving the military and joining the law firm of Shaw Pittman in 1995. After serving Shaw Pittman as CIO and acting Executive Director, Brad joined Akin Gump as CIO where he directed a multi-year technology modernization for the global law firm. In 2008, he joined Dow Lohnes as COO and subsequently led the firm through its merger with Cooley LLP in 2014. Brad is a graduate of Northwestern University and has completed executive education programs at the Harvard Business School.
