Chef at Canlis; James Beard Award Winner

Brady Williams is a chef at Seattle-based restaurant, Canlis. In 2019, he received a James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northwest. Williams is Canlis' sixth-ever Executive Chef and has received acclaim for his role. Williams received a perfect 4-star review in the Seattle Times for his work at Canlis, and in 2017 he was a finalist for the James Beard Award of Rising Star Chef of the Year.

Williams originally dedicated his life to pursuing a professional hockey career. After being seriously injured, he began working at his grandparent's diner and found a new passion. In 2012, he was selected as the Chef de Cuisine at FT33, a restaurant under chef Matt McCalllister in Dallas. In 2018, he was named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs.
