Matthews discovered the importance of customer experience and service early on, at just 16, during his first job as a cold-calling telemarketer. This formative experience sparked a lifelong passion for sharing the value of exceptional customer care.

In 2011, Brandon and his family relocated to a new city to establish Cultivate Church. Today, the church thrives across multiple locations, with hundreds gathering and serving each weekend. He is the founder and director of the Vine Network, an organization that endorses pastors, missionaries, and military chaplains all over the world with partnership with the NAE. He also serves as Program Director for For Tomorrow, the substance prevention program for the city of Alabaster, AL and part of CADCA.
