Brandon Meadows

To ride the X-Games BMX track is one thing, but to go as fast as possible on it is a whole different animal.

Brandon Meadows wont say he has No Fear, but when you watched him attack the 2003 X-Games BMX Downhill course, it left you on pins and needles as you saw how fast he rode, yet dropped your jaw as you witnessed how smooth and comfortable he looked on the course.

After winning the first X-Games in 2001, Brandon was destine to become the next household name in BMX, but injuries kept him away from the sport that he loves so much. When he returned in late 2002, it was apparent that the injuries would not hold him back, as he was quickly back in the AA Pro mix and in the mains.

Brandon Meadows is the top dawg in the BMX downhill race format at the X-Games. After 3 years, and 2 wins, Brandon seems to have it down. But don't let the X-Games results fool you, as he is super fast on a regular BMX track as well. With making the main at the 2003 UCI Worlds will tell you, he can go as fast on a flat track as he can on a downhill one. With plenty of fans and the great support from Specialized for 2004, Brandon will be a force to be reckoned with on the track and at the trails.

Recently, Brandon had another major setback with a bad crash at the 2005 NBL Christmas Classic. Brandon went down and broke his Femur once again. He is currently in rehab and getting back on track. Brandon has fully recovered, has a new sponsor, and looks to get back to the top of the Podium this season.
