Bree Klauser (they/them/she/her) is a New York native queer/non-binary actor, singer, voiceover artist, and comedian who happens to have been born legally blind. Klauser also identifies with the neurodivergent community as someone diagnosed later in life with ADHD.
A holder of a BFA in acting from CUNY Brooklyn College, after years of working in the New York theatre scene, in 2019 Klauser made their on-screen debut as Matal in season 1 of the Apple TV + series "SEE" with Alfre Woodard and Jason Momoa. Klauser also appears in the award-winning comedy short film "Social Fitness" by Anna Pakman. The short film won Best Awareness Campaign in the 2021 Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, Best Ensemble Cast at the 2021 Lit Laughs International Comedy Festival, and has played at numerous festivals internationally.
In August 2020, Klauser starred as Emma Gable in the Audible Original Series "Phreaks" alongside a celebrity featuring Carrie Coone, Christian Slater, Ben McKenzie, and Justice Smith. In 2022, Klauser lent their voice acting and on-camera talents and was a disability consultant representing the Blind/Low vision community for McCann NY in a series of ads for MasterCard. This past year, Klauser was the executive producer for their first comedic sci-fi short film, "David Rolls for Initiative", created for the 2024 Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, as well as returning to the stage in the successful nine-week Off-Broadway run of "Odd Man Out"; an international, immersive collaboration with Pitch Black productions, TheatreC, and Teatro Ciego from Buenos Aires.
Bree Klauser is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA.
