Brendan Rice is a Startup Analyst and the Venture for America Fellow at Bizdom. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, his interest in entrepreneurship began in high school when he co-founded a landscaping business called “Two Guys and a Rake”. During his time at college he earned the Stoiber Entrepreneur Scholarship, allowing him to work at a local startup company specializing in educational game development. As President of the University of Wisconsin Student Business Incubator, he was passionate about supporting student businesses and growing the entrepreneurial community in Madison, WI.

He works with companies entering the accelerator program and helps run community events, digital marketing, and recruiting. He has a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin and enjoys watching the Badgers dominate in college football and basketball. In his spare time he can be found snowboarding around the mountains of Colorado, backpacking in the wilderness, and traveling the world.
