Brian Davis

English Professional Golfer

An an amateur, Brian represented England at boy, youth and senior levels and won the coveted Peter McEnvoy trophy in 1992. After turning professional in 1994, Brian played in Europe and was a member of the European Tour from 1992 - 2004, winning the Peugeot Open de Espana in May 2000 and the ANZ Championship in 2004. It was whilst in Spain that Brian met his wife to be, Julie, who is the daughter of ex-England goalkeeper Ray Clemence. Two years later they were married and Brian played the Telefonica Open de Madrid whilst on honeymoon-- finishing second!

In 2004, Brian decided to make the U.S. Tour his aim and, in typically determined fashion, he won the qualifying, making him the first Englishman to win U.S. Tour School and since his arrival on the U.S. Tour, Brian's game has gone from strength to strength. 2009 was his best season to date, including second at the HP Byron Nelson, T5 at The Players Championship and T5 at the Valero Texas Open.

Whilst Brian's focus on singular success is obvious, he is also a great fan of team events and has participated in the Alfred Dunhill Cup (2000), the World Cup (2000) and the Seve Trophy (2003).
