Brian Dorfman is the Senior VP of Casting at NBC at Universal City. He is currently responsible for casting such shows as This Is Us, The Blacklist, Superstore and the Chicago Fire franchises.

Dorfman has worked at NBC Universal since 2006. He was also the VP of Casting at ABC Entertainment from 1998-2006.
