Fielkow is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law. Since purchasing Jetco Delivery, a 30-plus-year-old company, in 2006 Brian Fielkow has maintained a business philosophy of providing an extra level of service to anticipate customers’ every need. To accomplish this philosophy, he has focused on maintaining employee continuity, integrating technology and improving the quality of the company’s fleet to get Jetco there. Since the acquisition, he has improved employee benefit packages and added incentives through bonuses for safety. By developing long term, fully engaged employees, Jetco is able to create an unparalleled customer experience.

At Jetco and in past positions, Fielkow has worked in industries that are generally perceived as being commoditized. Fielkow is an expert in “de-commoditizing” his businesses by creating unique and measurable value propositions for his employees and customers.

Fielkow began his professional career as a lawyer in 1989 upon earning a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law. His experience as Executive Vice President of Recycle America Alliance, a subsidiary of Waste Management, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of The Peltz Group, brought 10 years of corporate growth management, and leadership of over $700M in operations.

Fielkow is the author of Driving to Perfection: Achieving Business Excellence by Creating a Vibrant Culture. A Wisconsin native, Brian has lived in Houston since 2003.
