Educator & Author of "Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case"

Brian Vukadinovich is considered to be the leading pro se litigant in the country, as he is believed to be the only person to have ever won a federal civil rights jury trial by representing himself without a lawyer in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. After winning the five-day federal jury trial, longtime and retired federal court of appeals Judge, Richard A. Posner, asked him to be the executive director of the Posner Center of Justice for Pro Se's. He is considered to be the foremost expert in the country in the art of pro se litigation -the ability to represent oneself- and has spoken on the topic in several different forums and interviews.

Vukadinovich was asked to speak to a Yale Law School class to discuss with the law students how he was able to successfully represent himself and win the federal civil rights trial. A presenter at the 2022 Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration event hosted by the Indiana University Social Justice Conference, his presentation was titled "Standing up for One's Civil Rights with Brian Vukadinovich".

Vukadinovich is the author of the books "Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case" and "Rogues in Black Robes". He did a Barnes & Noble book signing in El Paso Texas in September 2019 to support the #ElPasoStrong campaign after the horrific shooting massacre at the El Paso Walmart. He is also the author of several op-eds on social justice and judicial fairness issues, including op-eds published by the Washington Examiner and the American Thinker. Vukadinovich has been a featured guest on the television program Pro Se Nation.
