Brittany Ward is a seasoned brand marketer with over 16 years of industry experience working with the likes of DoorDash, Burger King Corp, Disney, and Pampered Chef. After a successful career resulting in many double-digit brand growth, international headlines, and viral stardom, Ward now leads a team of full-service marketers at The 21st Agency focused on branding, social, influencers, paid media, and PR. Ward is also the founder and CEO of Create Collabs, the only influencer platform creating advocacy through direct access to brand collaboration.

Prior to leading The 21st Agency and Create Collabs, Ward worked in sales and management positions before becoming the Vice President of Marketing at Buffalo Wild Wings, where she worked from 2010-2014. She continued to develop her marketing skills, having stints at Burger King, World of Beer, Junipr Public Relations, and Tampa Bay Goes Live, a company she founded to give local businesses a platform to share their online events in the midst of the pandemic.
