Mr. Bruce E. Aust serves as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President at Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. Mr. Aust has been Vice Chairman of Listing Services at Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. (also known as Nasdaq Stock Market Inc.) since October 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Client Group since March 2008. Mr. Aust is responsible for Nasdaq OMX Group Inc.'s global business development and relationship management with the 3,900 companies listed on NASDAQ OMX Group's 16 listing markets. He oversees a regionally based sales force in the U.S. as well as global representatives serving countries including China, India, Israel, Russia, Japan, Korea, South America and the Nordic and Baltic regions. He served as an Executive Vice President of Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. since July 8, 2003 and also served as its Head of Corporate Client Group. He led the West Coast office for Nasdaq Stock Market, where he was primarily responsible for client relationship management and new business development. As a Nasdaq veteran, he has proven his commitment to superior client service and has developed strong relationships with Nasdaq listed companies. He joined Nasdaq Stock Market in 1998. Previously, he served as an Executive Director and Vice President of Corporate Client Group for Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. Prior to this, he served 12 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of sales, trading and management positions in Dallas, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
