Key Accomplishments Include . . .

Bryan T. Siever has been involved in Organizational Development and Corporate Training for over 10 years.  During that period his clients have ranged from DOD contractors, to information technology providers, to high-tech start-ups, to private hoteliers, to multi-million dollar manufacturers within the beauty industry. 

He is an alumnus of the Aspen Institute for Young Executives and a previous facilitator for the Franklin Covey Company. Bryan is also a professional coach, receiving his formal training from The Hudson Institute.  The Hudson Institute, founded by Fredrick Hudson, is recognized as the premier professional coaching program in the United States. 

Within his “portfolio-life", Bryan is the President of two companies: Performance Development Solutions and G.U.E.S.T!  Service Enhancement Training.  Both organizations focus on the development and delivery of corporate training programs as well as providing performance-based coaching.  Performance Development Solutions specializes in Sales Training, Formal and Informal Communication strategies, and Group Dynamics.

Current clients include Raytheon, Network Hardware Resale, Cox Communications, University of California Santa Barbara, Coldwell Banker Bain, and Inamed Corporation.

Bryan is also a partner with Orion West, an Organizational Development and Executive Coaching firm located in Santa Barbara. Working closely with Presidents, CEOs, and key executives, Orion West helps individuals see and understand the profound impact their behavior has on the rest of the organization. This process enables them to learn, over time, new behaviors and practices that lead to desired organizational outcomes.

As Bryan works with corporate clients to achieve their desired results, he also works with youth to help develop their leadership capabilities. By encouraging his corporate clients to sponsor America's "Rising Stars", a life-leadership program, he successfully bridges corporate learning and broad-based community building.

Bryan has an undergraduate degree in Business/Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development.  He has completed two years of his Ph.D. in Organizational Systems. Bryan resides in Santa Barbara, California with his wife and four daughters.
