Cade Tan is the Head of Partnerships & Culture for the DBS Innovation Group. Cade focuses on building a connected culture of problem solvers for the bank. On top of landing strategic innovation partnerships for the bank, she is passionate and dedicated to the design of programmes that impact customers and talents in the bank. She is a dedicated to mentoring DBS talents and startups in Human Centered Design and Lean Startup Methodology. Cade has brought about many firsts to DBS, though she is most proud of the DBS HotSpot Pre-accelerator, a platform that is designed to cultivate entrepreneurship in Singapore. She has recently launched the DBS Uni.Corn programme for youths with her team, in hopes to cultivate the next generation of leaders for Singapore. Cade was an Account Director at Dentsu, Young and Rubicam prior to joining DBS.
