As Chief Commercial Officer at Redwood Materials, Cal Lankton is responsible for business development, sales, product management and customer operations globally. Lankton joined from the company from Lyft, where he was Vice President of Fleet and Global Operations. Prior to that, Lankton was Vice President of Energy Sales and Operations at Tesla, leading solar and energy storage and overseeing all charging infrastructure.

Lankton holds a BS in physics from Appalachian State University and served as a Naval submarine officer and nuclear engineer before earning an MS in engineering systems and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
