Caleb is a former NFL Quarterback and completed a 7 year NFL career in 2014. On the field, he is best known his gritty performance during the 2011 NFC Championship game at Soldier Field versus the Packers. He entered the game as the 3rd guy on the depth chart to lead an inspiring comeback against the Green Bay Packers that fell just short. He played behind some of the great Quarterbacks; Jay Cutler, Peyton Manning, Tony Romo, Joe Flacco, and others.

Since retiring from the NFL, jumped into the entrepreneurial world. He has invested in and helped build 2 different startups including one that invented a brand new game style called Flex Football.

He brings a story of perseverance, grit, powering through ambiguity and captivates his audience by storytelling with authenticity and passion.
