From 2020 to 2022, Harper served as the Executive Director of a leading U.S. dairy industry research and promotion organization, spearheading initiatives that helped dairy farmers pilot and adopt cutting-edge technologies to achieve net-zero emissions while enhancing farmer livelihoods.
