Camiel Irving is Vice President of US & Canada Mobility Operations at Uber, focusing on driver recruitment and safe operations. She also serves as global career development leader for Black at Uber, an employee resource group for Black workers and allies.

Prior to Uber, Irving worked at Procter and Gamble (P&G) as a brand manager for Charmin, Bounty and Puffs before moving on to P&G Ventures, the company’s internal start-up element. Among the products she launched is Kindra (formerly Pepper & Wits), a line of self-care products for women experiencing perimenopause.

Irving is a member of Pipeline Angels, an angel investing community dedicated to changing the face of venture capital by investing in women-led companies. She is an active alum of Management Leadership for Tomorrow, volunteering her time to prospective and current MBA students of color to support their career development journeys. She earned an MBA at Northwestern University and studied sales and marketing at Xavier University.
