Camryn Manheim is an award-winning actress celebrated for her dynamic roles in television, film, and theater. She first came to attention with her off-Broadway one-woman show, "Wake Up, I'm Fat," but rose to fame with her Emmy-winning portrayal of Ellenor Frutt on "The Practice," a character that earned her acclaim for its complexity and relatability. Over her extensive career, Manheim has appeared in popular series like "Ghost Whisperer," "Person of Interest" and "Stumptown" and is widely regarded for her advocacy of body positivity and diverse representation in Hollywood.

More recently, Manheim joined NBC’s "Law & Order" revival in 2022 as Lieutenant Kate Dixon, a role she continued into the 2023 and 2024 seasons. Her film credits include "Romy and Michele's High School Reunion," "Happiness," "Scary Movie 3," "Cop Car" and numerous others. She is the recipient of a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress and a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, in addition to three Screen Actors Guild Award nominations.
