Candice Morgan is the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Partner at Google Ventures and former Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Pinterest. While at Pinterest, Morgan created strategies and programs to support the hiring and development of diverse talent, while creating policies that helped support inclusive structure within the company.

Morgan guides business executives to build inclusive talent strategies, from employee recruitment and retention to product customization. She spent a decade honing her expertise in diversity strategy and practice with leading global organizations across a range of industries -- including technology, professional and financial services, healthcare, oil and gas and consumer goods.

She is a frequent speaker and advisor at global conferences and events and has had the honor of being featured on Fast Company's list of Most Creative People in Business and The Root 100 Most Influential African-Americans of 2017.

Morgan holds a B.S. in Psychology and Business from Carnegie Mellon University, and a M.Sc. in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University in London.
