Rob Ffield is a retired U. S. Navy Captain and combat veteran. Rob was a two-time TOPGUN instructor/Executive Officer. He commanded at the squadron and carrier air wing level in combat, was twice named Pilot of the Year and led the prestigious Blue Angels. Rob was the Executive Officer to the Commander, NORAD/USNORTHCOM and has served at the Pentagon as an Executive Officer on the staff of the Joint Chiefs with experience working with Federal, State and local governments. A multiple medal honoree, Rob earned his Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and is the recipient of the James V. Forrestal Award for National Military Strategy and Force Structure Planning. Rob is now Managing Director for CATSHOT Group, LLC.
