CARMEL ROSE is a fresh face in the industry with her unique, versatile and exotic looks hailing from her Italian, Spanish and Filipino heritage.

It is no wonder that Carmel was voted and ranked #12 on this year’s Gold Coast Sexiest List.   Carmel has been performing since she could walk and talk and she began Modeling and Dancing when she was 5. This first dose of limelight sent Glitter pumping through her veins and into her heart where her passion for performing arts transpired. At 9 years old she was the youngest singer to be accepted into the Griffith University Young Conservatorium and then went on to sing in the Australian Youth Choir.  

Developing a passion for charitable causes she began fundraising for underprivileged children in the Philippines for educational scholarships and her tremendous efforts led her to win Miss Teen Philippines Australia 2005. Carmel is an advocate for humanitarian charities and environmental conservation that has done extensive volunteer work & fundraising event organization. In 2010 Carmel was a QLD Finalist in Miss World Australia and won the Sports and Fitness Award.   Don’t be fooled by her attraction... as she is not a force to be reckoned with; Carmel is a Fierce Black Belt in Wu Chi Chuan Kung Fu. When she is not on stage or on screen she kicks butt as a Martial Arts Instructor.  She has been taught by one of the best, being that her Father is a Kung Fu Master in the Australasian Martial Arts Hall of Fame and the World Martial Arts Union Hall of Fame. Carmel aka the “Tigeress” is the Face of the Australian Institute of Martial Arts (AIMA). In 2011, Carmel had a recurring role as Nurse Jess Ogawa on Steven Spielberg’s TV Series ‘Terra Nova’.  She also featured along side Ray Liotta, Dominic Purcell and Aaron Pederson in Feature Film ‘Bad Karma' arma’ and she played a female scientist in Feature Film “Mind Fire” with Conrad Colby and Rowina Wallace. Carmel Presented for Alive Live TV, interviewing upcoming Australian Musicians and Fashion Designers. This year Carmel has utilized her martial arts prowess in the feature film ‘The Hunters Club’ as Simone the sexy and deadly assassin. She has appeared in the National ‘Sizzler’ Ad’s and the ‘Soft and Mellow’ Music Video for Bec Whitehead and Liquid Silva. Carmel has also been involved in one of the biggest stunts of ‘Big Brother Australia’ history as being a housemate of the infamous ‘House 2’. She has also secured a Lead Role in the Horror Feature Film ‘Dark are the Woods’ which will begin production in 2013.
