Ambassador, Advocate and Author of the book, "Looking Well Beyond Breast Cancer", Carmen Brown Marshall leverages her background as a Scientist, her more than 15 years as a professional in Healthcare & Leadership and her more than 18 years surviving breast cancer, to help women thrive beyond a diagnosis and the moment they hear, ‘you have breast cancer’.

Marshall is also a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a glam-mom, a friend and a colleague. As a speaker, she leverages life experiences to serve the underrepresented, underserved and underinsured communities, challenged with getting the proper care to navigate back to wholeness. When you hear her speak, you will laugh and smile…maybe shed a tear, even think differently when you hear phases such as ‘Think Pink’, ‘Breast Cancer Awareness’ or ‘Crucial Catch’.

Marshall is the Chief Visionary and Founder of a non-profit organization in Broadlands, Virginia. The mission of the organization is to educate and help others thrive beyond a diagnosis of breast cancer and the difficult moments associated with the disease.
