Carol Ann Lloyd Stanger has been active in the communication field for more than 20 years. She develops programs for corporate, association, university, government, and nonprofit organizations. Working with clients, Carol Ann designs presentations and activities to engage participants and provide them tools for being more successful with colleagues, supervisors, clients, coworkers, and customers. She facilitates discussions for organizations undergoing significant reorganization and downsizing.

Carol Ann’s audiences cover a broad range of industries: nonprofit, legal, social service, transportation, defense, electronics, housing, regulatory, and architecture, as well as government agencies. In addition to experience in the business world, Carol Ann has broad experience in the academic field, with expertise in developing and presenting curriculum for youth and adults. A lifelong Shakespeare scholar, she offers a unique perspective on ways to implement timeless principles of effective communication. She also provides a variety of curriculum enrichment programs, tutoring, and college coaching for students.

Carol Ann brings significant experience and expertise to her programs, but she also brings a personal focus that centers on the unique needs of her audience. Carol Ann’s presentations are interactive as well as instructive, engaging as well as educational. Her programs are designed to help people have more meaningful conversations, project professionalism, establish priorities and manage projects effectively, develop strategies for personal and professional development, strengthen interpersonal skills, speak with power and conviction, and inspire and engage staff and volunteers.

Carol Ann holds graduate degrees in Education (emphasis in Reading) from the University of Virginia and English (emphasis in Literature and Shakespeare) from the University of Utah. She has also completed professional training in Fundraising and Development at the George Washington University. She is a member of the National Speakers Association.
