Ms. Meyrowitz served as an Executive Vice President of Merchandising for Chadwick's of Boston Ltd., from 1996 to 1999; Senior Vice President of Merchandising from 1991 to 1996 and Vice President of Merchandising from 1989 to 1991. She served as an Executive Vice President of Merchandising - Chadwick business of Redcats USA, Inc. (formerly, Brylane Inc.) from December 1996 to 1999. Ms. Meyrowitz served as General Merchandise Manager of Chadwick's from March 1990 to March 1991 and Vice President and Senior Merchandise Manager from January 1989 to March 1990. She served as Vice President of Division Merchandise Manager, Hit or Miss from 1987 to 1989 and served as President of Homegoods, Inc. She has been a Director of Party City Holdings Inc. since August 2006, Staples, Inc. since December 2007, The TJX Companies, Inc. since September 2006 and Amscan Holdings Inc. since August 2006. She is a member of the board of overseers for the Joslin Diabetes Center. Ms. Meyrowitz served as an Independent Director of Yankee Holding Corp. (formerly Yankee Candle Co. Inc.) from September 2, 2004 to 2007.
