Ms. Randolph is a practicing lawyer.

Ms. Randolph is a practicing lawyer, published writer and community activist as well as a certified mediator for conflict resolution. Now co-anchoring Court TV she has a rich background in television and writing. She contributed a biweekly column for the Washington Times entitled Metropolitan Life. She has worked with and interviewed such notables as Sen. Ted Kennedy, comedian Richard Prior, Dan Rather, Stevie Wonder and Nancy Reagan. She has coordinated programs for Blacks and Hispanics who were underemployed or unemployed. She has pioneered the use of television programming as a teaching tool.
