Caroline Arnold has been a technology leader on Wall Street for more than a decade, managing some of the financial world’s largest software development teams and leading some of the industry’s most visible and complex initiatives. She is the author of "Small Move, Big Change", a guide to turning broad goals into targeted behavioral changes that lead to permanent improvement in personal and professional life. A dynamic and engaging speaker, Caroline talks to audiences across the country on how organizations and individuals can harness the dynamics change and become consistently successful in goal attainment.

Caroline graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in English literature. She is a recipient of the Wall Street & Technology Award for Innovation for building the auction system for the Google IPO. Caroline serves as a Managing Director at the investment bank Goldman Sachs and lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.
