Caroline Giegerich brings over 20 years of experience in emerging technologies and marketing, a scrappy entrepreneurial mindset, and fresh ideas to tackle no-blueprint challenges. She is the Founder and Marketing + Innovation Consultant at Daily Marauder, where she specializes in helping brands execute cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and explode revenue growth. She focuses on identifying the opportunities with emerging technologies including GenAI, AR, VR, gaming, NFC and web3 activations, blending technology with creativity to drive results that deeply resonate with consumers. Additionally, she offers companies insights and guidance on positioning, brand identity, and consumer engagement strategies, drawing from her deep experience with global brands like HBO, Netflix, Smashbox Cosmetics and Warner Music Group.
Prior, Caroline served as the Vice President of Innovation at Warner Music Group, where she led the discovery and integration of emerging technologies and platforms to create immersive fan experiences and incremental revenue streams for artists. She incubated and accelerated high potential opportunities and set go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
Prior to Warner Music Group, Caroline held Marketing and Innovation roles at iconic brands such as HBO, Netflix, Showtime, and Smashbox Cosmetics. Her time at HBO included pioneering tech-driven storytelling, such as embedding an accelerometer into a boxing glove to measure the force and speed of a punch, enhancing HBO Boxing's narrative. On the agency side, she led the west coast Innovations team at Initiative, where she helped clients like Hyundai/Kia and Lionsgate explore future-facing advertising solutions, including 3D projections and influencer campaigns.
A thought leader in the industry, Caroline has spoken at TEDx, SXSW, Digital Hollywood, Advertising Week and Brandweek, and is a featured writer for Adweek, Mashable, HuffPost Tech, and Livestrong. Her work has earned her numerous industry accolades, including recently being named a Marketer that Matters in the Wall Street Journal, and she serves as a judge for The Webby Awards. Caroline is also on Salesforce’s AI advisory board, as well as other advisory boards for HAND, digital identification in an AI age, and GoodZ, a company revolutionizing music distribution through near-field communication (NFC) technology. She is also a voting member of the Television Academy.
Beyond her professional work, Caroline is a teaching assistant for brand strategy and product experimentation at Section, a startup founded by NYU Stern Professor and Pivot podcaster, Scott Galloway, and has guest lectured at the School of Visual Arts and the University of Oregon.
