Caroline Ramade is the co-founder and CEO of 50inTech, a unique space where women in tech and game changers meet, share, and build an inclusive tech industry together. Their aim is for 50% representation of women in tech by 2050.

For several years, Ramade has been working every day to support women entrepreneurs in tech. She was previously Managing Director of WILLA, the biggest incubator for female founders in Europe and Deputy Head of the Digital Department of the City Hall of Paris. She is also Board member of French Comity UN.
