Carolyn Kepcher

CEO of Carolyn & Co; Former Co-Star of NBC’s "The Apprentice;" Best-Selling Author of Carolyn 101: Business Lessons from The Apprentice's Straight Shooter"

Carolyn Kepcher is the founder of Carolyn & Co. Media and WorkHerWay.com. She is formerly the Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization and Chief Operating Officer for Trump Golf Properties. Perhaps best known as Donald Trumps right-hand woman on The Apprentice, Carolyn is regarded as one of the nations most successful and high-profile businesswomen.

Her New York Times best-selling business book, Carolyn 101, is a must-read career advice book, offering practical workplace strategies alongside humorous and helpful anecdotes from her own experiences working with Donald Trump.

Carolyn continues to expand her brand with her widely popular website, WorkHerWay.com. With women making up over 51% of the workforce in America, the ever growing trend of women taking on larger roles in business, and women starting more small businesses then men, Carolyn decided to create a community for women so that they may talk, discuss, strategize, and seek solid and direct advice from other successful women. A lively and robust website delivering answers, advice, support and employment assistance, WorkHerWay.com has over 150 experts (and growing) lending their expertise to all working women, whether you are just graduating from college, looking to advance your career or juggling the challenges of careers and families.

After joining the Trump Organization in 1994, Carolyn was soon entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of multiple golf clubs nationwide while also managing the development of a multi-million dollar course and club house construction project. When Donald Trump joined with NBC to produce the reality show The Apprentice, Carolyn was a natural fit for the position of serving as Mr. Trumps advisor. Her hands-on experience in the real world of business gave her a powerful voice to assist Mr. Trump in determining who would be the best candidate for employment at the Trump Organization.

Having now moved beyond The Apprentice, Carolyn is a frequent speaker at prestigious seminars and conferences throughout the United States, and she has consulted with respected individuals such as Secretary of State, Hilary Rodham Clinton. She has appeared numerous times on most major television shows, including the Today Show, CNN, Good Morning America, Good Day Today, MSN Todays Your Business, Fox Business and many others. Carolyn is the 2010 Toastmasters Golden Gavel recipient for her excellence in leadership and communications.
