Carolyn Plater is the Co-Founder of Hoame, a modern meditation studio. She is a clinical therapist, certified yoga instructor, and an educator. Currently, Plater is a consultant trainer at the Canadian Training Institute and a guest faculty for the TEACH program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. She is also a clinical researcher at the Canadian Psychological Association.
