Carolyn Tisch Blodgett serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Brand Marketing at Peloton—the tech company that has revolutionized the fitness industry. Blodgett developed and implemented a marketing strategy that moved Peloton from an unknown startup to a household name while growing the membership base grow to nearly one million members. She led Peloton’s largest campaign to date during the 2018 Winter Olympics, spearheaded the launch of Peloton’s second ever product, the Peloton Tread, and oversaw the company’s first international expansion. In addition to leading Peloton’s marketing efforts, Blodgett was part of the senior team who raised $670 million in two rounds of funding.

Her work has been cited by national outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Axios, AdWeek, AdAge, Business Insider and PRWeek. Blodgett is regularly invited to serve as a keynote and panelist at industry events across the country including ANA, Chicago Ideas Week and the New York Product Conference. She's also been recognized as one of AdWeek’s Most Powerful Women in Sports, one of the 25 Most Influential CMOs in the World by Business Insider, and a recipient of the prestigious 2018 AdWeek Brand Genius Award.

Blodgett started her career in digital marketing at Digitas working with the American Express brand before moving to PepsiCo where she managed the Mountain Dew commercial business. At PepsiCo, she led the successful launch of MTN DEW KICKSTART, which has been dubbed one of PepsiCo's most successful beverage product launches in the past decade, generating annual retail sales of more than $300 million.
