Carter Chang is the Head of Strategic Planning for Solar Products at Tesla. Chang developed Tesla's Gigafactory 2 in Buffalo, New York, the largest solar plant in the Western Hemisphere, and is working toward economic manufacture of Tesla's Solar Roof. In 2014 he led SolarCity's acquisition of Silevo.
