Author and Business Consultant; Author of "From Cinderella to CEO"

An internationally recognized communications and brand management expert and well known advocate for women, Cary is currently speaking to audiences coast-to-coast on business issues affecting women and diverse populations.

Cary’s international business book, From Cinderella to CEO and her website www.cinderellaceo.com both feature advice on a myriad of issues important to today’s multi-generational work force. Her book is published in ten languages. Cary also consults with various companies and organizations on marketing and public relations.

Cary joined the Washington, D.C. based Alliance for Women in Media as interim president in 2010, where she and her team produced the prestigious Gracie Awards in Los Angeles. She joined the Alliance for Women in Media from Wyndham Hotel Group, where she served as vice president, communications, responsible for global communications and market positioning for one of the largest hotel companies in the world, with over 7,000 hotels and 11 brands.

Broussard also served as senior vice president, women’s marketing and diversity for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, where she launched the Women On Their Way® program, a ground-breaking initiative that for the first time marketed a major hotel brand direct to women business travelers. The award-winning Women On Their Way program was cited by Dow Jones News Service as the “gold standard” of women's marketing programs for Wall Street. Designated one of the Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Marketing by Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI), Cary also served as deputy press secretary to Senate Majority Leader Howard Baker from Tennessee. Her previous nonprofit management credentials include, serving as vice president of brand marketing for Meeting Professionals International (MPI), and director of public information and special events for the American Cancer Society. Cary has served on the boards of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) Women’s Leadership Exchange, American Women in Radio and Television, Boardroom Bound, and the advisory boards of New York University and the Hospitality Industry Diversity Institute, University of Houston.
