Caryn Seidman-Becker is cofounder and CEO of Clear Secure, which uses identification technology for security checkpoints at airports and stadiums. A former hedge fund manager, Seidman-Becker led the acquisition of CLEAR in 2010 and has guided the revitalization and re-launch of the company. Under her watch, enrollment in Clear's expedited airport security program grew 48% in 2022, to 15 million people, helping boost revenue to $437 million.

After raising capital from investors including airlines Delta and United, she took the company public in June 2021 at a $4 billion valuation. She owns a 20% stake in Clear Secure and, previously, sat on the board of fintech Lemonade. Forbes magazine named her to their "50 Over 50" list in 2023.

In 2004, Seidman-Becker created the The Happy Elephant Foundation which supports education, child wellness, and the New York City community. She is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Ethical Culture Fieldston School in NYC.
