With a following of more than 7.36 million subscribers, Ho's channel has received significant recognition, including a Shorty Award in the category of social fitness in 2013 and being named one of the most influential people on the internet by Time Magazine in 2017. She receives a significant portion of her income directly and indirectly from her YouTube channel, placing her among the numerous YouTube partners who are making a significant amount of money using YouTube.

In addition to her Blogilates channel, on which she is a Pilates instructor, Ho has started several fitness and lifestyle businesses, including an online bakery, "Cooplex Cookies & Candies," with her mother. Ho's e-commerce ventures also include a line of Pilates clothes and accessories, such as exercise tops and bottoms, mats, and bags, which she sells through her website. Furthermore, she launched an activewear clothing collection, "Bodypop," in August 2014 and, later, a new fashion line called "Popflex" in January 2016. Ho's successful ventures have led to her recognition as a leading social media marketer and fitness entrepreneur. Her popularity and influence have been highlighted in various online newspapers, videos, and books.

Her first fitness DVD, "POP Pilates: Total Body Workout," was released in Target stores in 2014, and her book, "Cassey Ho’s Hot Body Year-Round: The Pop Pilates Plan to Get Slim, Eat Clean, and Live Happy Through Every Season," was published in 2015. Alongside her online businesses, she has also hosted in-person meet-ups, known as Pop Pilates, where she works out with up to 500 women. She uses these events as an opportunity to connect with her fans, sign autographs, and take pictures.

Ho is not just a fitness entrepreneur; she is a role model in the fitness industry. Her philosophy is that working out should be about finding joy and making it part of one's lifestyle, rather than focusing solely on physical vanity. She actively promotes body positivity and confidence in women and girls through her social media platforms. In 2017, Ho made headlines when she critiqued an artificial 'thigh gap' photoshop on a model's image on Target's website, which led to an apology from the company. Ho, who struggled with an eating disorder following extreme training and calorie restriction for a bikini competition in 2012, emphasizes the dangers of pursuing "perfect" body images and the potential for eating and body image disorders. She further addressed this issue by creating a viral video called "The 'Perfect' Body" to raise awareness about the impact of cyberbullying.

In addition to her social fitness endeavors, Ho is also an accomplished author with pieces including "Social Media Marketing All-in-One For Dummies" and "Pinterest for Business: How to Pin Your Company to the Top of the Hottest Social Media Network." Her work, influence, and advocacy have been featured in various media outlets such as The Hollywood Reporter, Sharecare, MarketWatch, Seventeen Magazine, and Huffington Post, among others. Ho's commitment to fitness, entrepreneurship, and activism continues to inspire and influence many across the globe.
