Cat Moore is a speaker, the Director of Belonging at the University of Southern California and the founder of The Belonging Studio who experienced loneliness for the first 25 years of her life before figuring out how to connect and help others do the same.

Moore believes that belonging is our deepest need, first human right and the #1 predictor of our happiness across the lifespan. Despite the loneliness and despair in our world, we are wired to create nests of relationships that give our lives security and purpose.
