Catherine’s professional and personal life has been one of leadership and evolution, managing change – and being the catalyst.

In her corporate life she built and managed teams of outstanding performers in life insurance, investments and financial planning, changing established business structures and innovating entire new enterprises.  Over the last 20 years she has developed several significantly successful businesses.

Catherine has lived a life of successful outcomes.   Her personal life too has demanded adaptability, with a dramatic recent focus on the need for rethinking how we work and live for health.  

Catherine explores our choices  in times of change.  She shares her extensive research and real-life experience,  providing blueprints for breakthrough, leaving us with ‘power tools’ to help us survive and thrive on the change we must create for progress.

She lives her Leadership message.  Senior management roles in tough competitive industries;  National President of the National Speakers Association of Australia, Global President of the International Federation for Professional Speakers, Chairman of Horwath Brisbane are some of her successful roles.

A Certified Speaking Professional, Catherine has been accredited with the highest possible international qualification awarded to professional speakers.  Her Masters Degree in Social Ecology focused on holistic leadership, with additional qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, and a Masters Certification in NLP,

Catherine has inspired, challenged and supported hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals to evolve to new ways of being and higher levels of courage, confidence and contribution.  She has lived a life full of learning and shares it generously.
