Cathy Belk works across all areas of the organization to help achieve JumpStart’s core mission. Alongside the CEO and other senior leaders, she helps to manage JumpStart’s relationships with collaborators, funders and other community partners.

Cathy previously served as JumpStart’s Chief Operations Officer and Chief Relationship Officer before taking over as President of the organization. To JumpStart, she brought 20 years of experience in consumer and business marketing and business management. Most recently, as Director of Innovation at Cleveland-based American Greetings, Cathy led a team that developed, launched and managed a product that became an $80 million annual business. Prior to American Greetings, Cathy worked in branding, marketing and business management at The Coca-Cola Company, Procter and Gamble, and Bank of America.

Cathy was a Keller Scholar and received an MBA from Duke University; she earned a BA in Economics from Davidson College.
