A commercial veteran of the Pharma Industry, Ceci is currently the COO of WW Healthcare at Omnicom, developing strategic and operational opportunities that provide solutions for clients. Previously, she was Vice President, Commercial Capabilities at Sanofi - a global company, which was a think tank & learning lab for innovative business solutions, the digital center of excellence and L&OD. Ceci has also held numerous Executive roles in Commercial Operations as GM and BU Head for the allergy, osteoporosis & hypertension franchises, representing $3B in sales.

In 2014 Ceci was named by the GLG Institute as a top 15 Brand Leaders in HealthCare, also previously recognized one of 100 Most Influential Individuals in HealthCare by PharmaVoice and an Emerging Leader in Healthcare by Pharmaceutical Executive.

Active in the community, Ceci is the Past President of the Healthcare Business Woman's Association and involved with the Pachamama Alliance, a nonprofit organization that strives to empower indigenous people of the Amazon rainforest to preserve their land and culture. Ceci loves travel, practice hot yoga and spend time outdoors which allows her to ski, hike and just enjoy fresh air.
