Chadwick Sapenter is the CEO of Sapenter Enterprises, whose primary purpose is to help people and organizations reach their maximum potential through coaching and educational resources. In addition to Sapenter Enterprises, Sapenter also founded Sapenter Insurance Services, a full service insurance firm and Little Book of Words, an indie book publisher based in Austin, TX that publishes pocket-sized inspirational books on a variety of topics.

Sapenter combined his passion for sports and youth to found the non-profit Central Texas Football Academy, which helps youth in the Central Texas area gain admission and graduate from college.

Sapenter is a nationally sought after speaker, a best selling author, a small business and real estate investor, and the host of "The Art of Hope Show," a weekly podcast and YouTube series that teaches people how to get from where they are to where they want to be.

Sapenter is a passionate advocate for children in foster care and the professionals and families who have dedicated their lives to work as social workers, mentors, and volunteers for orphans all over the United States. Sapenter has traveled the country sharing his story of trial and triumph in the face of unthinkable odds to inspire and motivate those serving our nation’s most vulnerable and often forgotten citizens.

To take his community involvement efforts to the next level, Sapenter and his wife Kimberly founded the Chadwick and Kimberly Sapenter Foundation. Through their foundation, Sapenter and his wife provide financial support and resources to non-profit organizations that work in foster care and adoption and S.T.E.M. They provide scholarships to first-generation students from poor families to attend trade and technical schools.
