Channing Tatum is an actor, producer, and dancer. Starting as a model, Tatum soon transitioned to acting and made his film debut in the drama "Coach Carter." His breakthrough came in 2006 with the dance film "Step Up," where he played the lead role of Tyler Gage. Following "Step Up," Tatum took up leading roles in a variety of genres, including the romantic drama "She's The Man" and action films such as "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" and its sequel "G.I. Joe: Retaliation." He also starred in "21 Jump Street" and its sequel "22 Jump Street" in addition to the "Magic Mike" franchise. In 2024, he starred in Zoë Kravitz's directorial debut, "Blink Twice."

Tatum has not restricted himself to acting only; he has also ventured into producing and voice acting. He co-founded a production company, 33andOut Productions, which has produced several of his films, including "Magic Mike." Alongside, Tatum's production company Free Association has a first look deal with MGM. He has also lent his voice to animated films like "The LEGO Movie," "The Book of Life," and "Smallfoot." Notably, he also authored two picture books inspired by his daughter, "The One and Only Sparkella" and "The One and Only Sparkella Makes a Plan."

Apart from his work in film, Tatum has also appeared on television, including hosting "Saturday Night Live," and opened a burlesque-themed restaurant and bar, Saints and Sinners, in New Orleans in 2012. His work has received significant recognition, earning him the title of "Sexiest Man Alive" by People magazine in 2012 and one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine in 2022. He has also won the MTV Movie & TV Award for Best Comedic Performance and the People's Choice Award for Favorite Movie Actor. Off the screen, Tatum is known for his philanthropic efforts, including signing the Artists4Ceasefire open letter to President Joe Biden calling for a ceasefire during the Israel-Hamas war in October 2023.
