Chardelle Moore is a multidisciplinary artist, storyteller, television anchor, speaker, poet, writer, songwriter, producer, director, and visionary. She is the founder and CEO of the award-winning multimedia communications company Motivational Moore. With an emphasis on elevating human consciousness, Moore's pioneering works are a source of inspiration to people worldwide.

Moore's multifaceted music style transcends genres invariably rooted in spoken word. In July 2021, she released her highly anticipated debut studio album Inward Awakening via Motivational Moore Music, in which she wrote and executive produced. Full of empowering lyrics and electric originality, the multi-genre collection explores knowledge of self, inner power, self-love, spirituality, mind expansion, and courage.

When describing the concept behind the compilation, Moore observes, "The truth is all human beings have been conditioned to some degree. It takes continuous work to develop your internal compass and honor self."

Before launching Motivational Moore, Moore spent five years with WBFF FOX45 Baltimore and held various positions, including lifestyle anchor, reporter, and creative producer. She also played a vital role in developing several initiatives, including launching and anchoring the daily lifestyle-entertainment talk show BMORE Lifestyle.

Previous to her work at WBFF FOX45 Baltimore, Moore was a host on The C.W. affiliate in Washington, D.C., where she covered arts and entertainment. She was also an anchor at KALI TV and spent some time at CBS Radio. She began her television career as a production assistant at BET and later became a host for a digital music network.

Further television credits for Moore include starring in commercials for Chevrolet, The Home Depot, Kaiser Permanente, Colgate, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, and a social ad campaign for Macy's.

A prolific orator, Moore is an international touring speaker focused on personal development, internal growth, leadership, higher consciousness, creativity, mindfulness, and spirituality. Her philosophies are hailed by corporations, educational institutions, brands, governments, and most importantly, people.

Through her communication programs, participants grow self-confidence, increasing their public speaking abilities, moving beyond fear to fearlessness and possibility.

Moore was born in Grand Bay, Dominica, and raised in the greater Washington DC area. A national cover model, she is a former Miss Caribbean Metro USA, where she served as a spokesperson for the Caribbean-American community. She earned a bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in broadcast journalism and a minor in public relations from Marymount University and received the Senior Leadership Award. She is a proud charter member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Moore will be making her acting debut in the upcoming dark comedy, For Sale.
