Charleen Badman is the chef and co-owner of FnB, and award-winning restaurant located in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2019, she won a James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest. Before this, Badman was a five-time nominee for the award. In addition to this award, Badman was inducted into the Arizona Culinary Hall Fame as “Best Restaurateurs" with her co-owner Pavle Milic. Before opening FnB, she was a sous chef at Café Terra Cotta, the chef de cuisine at Lobster Club in New York City and the chef and co-owner of the Greenwich Village restaurant, Inside.
