Charles Dygert began his career in industry as a Tool & Die Maker for General Motors while working on his bachelors degree. He later earned his Masters & Doctorate in Industrial Management/Training at the Ohio State University where he served on the faculty for 20 years. During the later 7 years of his university tenure, Charles worked as an economic developer with Ohio's governor and over 300 firms worldwide. He is a past president of the Ohio Speakers Forum and a former member of the Board of the 3500 member National Speakers Association. He is only one of 195 members of that organization to have received his Certified Speaking Professional designation.
