British Singer-Songwriter Best Known for "I Love It" with Icona Pop and "Fancy" with Iggy Azalea

Charlotte Emma Aitchison, known by her stage name Charli XCX, is an English singer-songwriter. She rose to fame in 2013 with her Icona Pop collaboration "I Love It," which she co-wrote. In 2014, she contributed the hook to "Fancy" by Iggy Azalea, which went on to become a worldwide hit. She also has a co-writing credit on Selena Gomez's "Same Old Love". Charli has stated that she sees music in colors, a phenomenon called synesthesia, saying that she likes music she sees as red, pink, black or purple and hates music she sees as yellow, green or brown. Charli XCX is based jointly out of Los Angeles and London. Her musical influences include Madonna, Kate Bush, Donna Summer, Rihanna and No Doubt. To date, she has released two studio albums, 2013's True Romance and 2014's Sucker.
