Most recently, she has written cover profiles of the student survivors of the Parkland, Florida mass shooting who ignited the country's most powerful gun-control movement, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the 29-year-old firebrand pushing American politics to the left, and small-town mayor and presidential candidate, Pete Buttigieg. Charlotte is a co-host of Alter Family Politics on Sirius XM radio and her book about young political leaders will be published by Viking in 2020.
