Chris Kibarian is president of the Intellectual Property (IP) & Science business of Thomson Reuters. The division employs 3,700 people in 26 countries and is comprised of scientific, life sciences, and IP solutions businesses. It is a global organization that enables the discovery, development, and delivery of the world’s most powerful innovations. Preceding his current role, Kibarian was president of the business of law unit within Thomson Reuters, Legal. He joined Thomson Reuters in 2001 and has served as senior vice president of strategy and development at Thomson Tax & Accounting as well as president and general manager of FindLaw. His career has focused squarely on building and growing businesses. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, he worked in technology investment banking with Cowen and Co., international business development with the Eurasia Fund, and strategic planning with Accenture.
