Chris Silbermann serves as a founding partner at ICM Partners. In his leadership role, Silbermann oversees the careers of many of the most successful showrunners, actors, directors and production companies in film and television, while providing strategic marketing and consulting services to corporate clients.

Silbermann joined ICM in August of 2007, upon the agency’s acquisition of The Broder Webb Chervin Silbermann Agency, where he was a managing partner. In 2012, he led the management buyout of the agency that returned control and ownership of the company to a newly created partnership. A former President of the Hollywood Radio and Television Society (HRTS), Silbermann serves on the Board of Trustees for The University of California, Berkeley Foundation. He also serves on the boards of the American Film Institute (AFI), The Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), and the California chapter of The Nature Conservancy.

In October 2020, Silbermann announced that he and senior political strategist Hannah Linkenhoker, head of ICM Politics, are starting a political consulting and social impact company called Vivify.

Silbermann graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in English Literature.
